By accessing or using DLetter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
DLetter is a subscription-based service that generates automated daily summaries of Discord server activity using artificial intelligence. The Service collects messages from configured Discord channels and processes them through third-party AI models to produce digest content.
All summaries and digest content produced by DLetter are generated entirely by third-party artificial intelligence models. DLetter does not author, endorse, verify, or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content.
AI-generated summaries may contain errors, misrepresentations, omissions, or content that is inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate. This may result from the nature of the source messages, limitations of AI language models, or technical issues.

The source material for DLetter summaries consists of messages posted by Discord users. DLetter does not control, moderate, or take responsibility for the content of these messages. The AI summaries may reflect the tone, topics, or language of the original messages, which DLetter has no control over.
DLetter offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Server activation fees ($14.99/month) are charged to server owners who wish to enable DLetter for their community. Reader subscriptions ($1.99/month) grant access to view daily letters. All prices are subject to change with notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DLetter and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, reputation, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to DLetter in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DLetter and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or content originating from Discord servers you own or manage.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
